Make sure you have entered the correct information. Small Pouches will take no responsibility for faulty address information.
Write both your phone number and email address to make sure you receive the needed shipping information as well as make it easy for transportation when delivering.

Next day delivery if the order is processed before 15:00 (GMT+1).
1-2 working days if ordered before 15:00pm day time. Remember: The delivery time is usually as mentioned above but could vary depending on remote areas.

If you order within the GCC countries the purchase will be vat-free. Therefor you need to fill in your company vat number when ordering. Some GCC countries has their own nicotine tax/import fees. Check this before processing orders.

The price displayed on the site is without any taxes. Check with your local authority to make sure about the tax/customs that may apply. If ordering and not paying the import taxes the package will be returned to Small Pouches warehouse. A refund will not be made in this case.

We use DHL Express for shipping. If you place an order before 3 pm, the shipment is expected to be delivered the following day.
